The 14 GBB AAU practiced scheduled for tonight has been
cancelled. There will be practice on Thursday at WWG. Meet at
Okabena at 6:30. Copies of birth certificates are required

One more scholarship opportunity-The Lakeview and Valleyview Assisted
Living would like to invite students to apply for a $1,000 scholarship.
Criteria includes: a student that is pursuing a career in helping the
elderly. It could be nursing, social work, or nursing home
administration. Interested individuals need to write an essay on how
their job interest will affect our elderly and also list personal experience
with the elderly. If interested and you meet this criteria, please turn
in your prepared essay to Mrs. C. by May 12th!
JOB OPPORTUNITY FOR NEXT SCHOOL YEAR – Anyone interested in caring for
a pre-school student from 6:15 a.m. to 7:45 a.m. in Heron Lake, please let

Seniors: There is a Scholarship sheet in the office. If you have

Miss Heron Lake Pageant- Any girl
who is 16-18 years of age by 7/25/08 with a Heron Lake address and/or
telephone number is eligible. If interested, forms are available in the
office and must be returned by May 9th. A meeting will be held on Monday, May 12th
